Why choose the MK
Advertiser? |
|
▪ Get a page, effectively a mini-website, which will enhance your
branding and drive more traffic to your own website. |
|
▪ A
page tailored to your requirements. No limit (within reason) to
the number of images or text for just £150 P.A. |
|
▪ No
set up fees. Minor changes are not charged for. |
|
▪ For
repeat advertisers; no increase in the second year. |
|
▪ We
are able to advise on content and design or simply you leave it to us and we'll do all the work for you. You can
then monitor your site via a link that we will send you and
we'll only make your page 'live' once you're happy. |
|
▪ The MK
Advertiser is an easy to browse website with one aim and one aim
only - to advertise you. |
|
The difference between "hits" and "pageviews" |
|
Don't be misled by
statistics some advertising sites produce. The number of 'hits'
does not represent the number of 'unique' visitors.
'Hits’ is a request from your browser to the web server which
will include embedded files. One click on the home page of the
MK Advertiser will probably generate in excess of 20 hits.
I have a hobby website which is totally unrelated to the MK
Advertiser which has recorded 11 million hits. Impressive?
Possibly. Actually there were only 186,000 unique visitors to my
site.
