During the
early stages of my career I worked in several
restaurants and was able to gain valuable experience in
the workings of a professional kitchen. I then decided
to broaden my horizons and joined John Lewis plc. I
stayed with them for 15 years working my way up to Head
Chef / Section Manager.
With a real
desire for a more challenging role, one where I could
use my passion for creating tasty and exciting food, I
decided to return to the restaurants.
I have
built up an excellent reputation in Milton Keynes with
my passion for food and using fresh seasonal ingredients
always at the fore front of any dish I am cooking. I am
constantly striving to create new and exciting dishes.
These I try out on my friends whose comments I take very
seriously. One day I want to achieve my ultimate goal
and own a restaurant myself and win that coveted
Michilin Star.
