Our Charges

Primarily, we charge clients according to the amount of time required to resolve the matter upon which we are instructed as well as on the value of that work to the client.  Our hourly rates vary depending on the level of experience of the fee earner who carries out the work.  Our rates are competitive and we are confident that we provide real value for money.  However, our aim is not to be the cheapest: it is to be the best value for the best quality advice and to deliver the desired solution to our clients' concerns.

Our fee structure and charges are flexible and can be agreed in advance to suit the needs of each particular client.

We provide a breakdown of our charges with each invoice and always agree invoices before sending them.  In some cases, such as the HR Helpline, an agreed retainer may offer the best value to the client.  In other cases, it may be possible to agree a capped fee for a particular piece of work or a tribunal claim.
